10 Federal, a leading self-storage company, is seeking a Property Operations Technician. If you are a self-starter who thrives independently, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and professional appearance of our self-storage facilities. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and overseeing repairs, predominantly in an outdoor setting.
Responsibilities :
- Drive to and from assigned properties
- Perform storage unit inspections at all assigned properties
- Perform property repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
- Prep units that come up for auction, clean out units, and dispose of abandoned goods
- complete task list provided by manager
- maintain professional appearances of facilities, interiors, exteriors, and grounds
- Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures
- oversee contractor activities (landscapers, painters, etc.)
- Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs
Qualifications :
Property maintenance experience (schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.)A positive, self- starter attitudePossession of a valid Drivers' License and clean driving recordReliable and excellent time management skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAvailability required during core business hoursPhysical Demands : Frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
