A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead market pricing and benchmarking for roles, ensuring competitive pay structures
Manage the execution and continuous improvement of compensation programs and policies
Prepare and present compensation reports and insights to leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR analytics function
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools, including complex formulas and data visualization
Strong experience with compensation survey platforms, particularly Radford
Experience with HRIS and compensation analytics tools, preferably UKG
Solid knowledge of core compensation principles and relevant laws and regulations
