Production Associate

What does a successful Production Associate do at Fiserv

Y ou will join the team at our Shoreview MN location and receive training on our world class print p roduction equipment. You will set up maintain and troubleshoot the production machine s to produce accurate work on a timely basis. You will cross train in other departments of production and perform other tasks depending on workload .

What you will do :

Operate a variety of production machines to generate s tatement and invoices

A dapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notic e

C onduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job order

Stage materials after job run for warehouse pickup

Cross train to learn the operation of other production equipment

What you will need to have :

E xperience using a computer for data entry

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities

Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance

Must be able to reach above shoulders climb squat kneel and bend often

What would be great to have :

A high school diploma equivalent work or a combination of work education and m ilitary experience

1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment

1 year of experience in opera ting production machines

Important info about this role :

Compensation is $20.00 hour

You will work an assigned schedule of 1st 2nd or 3rd shift and work weekends

Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts

Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including but not limited to F-1 (OPT CPT STEM) H-1B H-2 or TN or any candidate requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this role
