A company is looking for a Central Review Analyst to provide support for customer inquiries and review auto insurance estimates.
Key Responsibilities
Review auto insurance estimates for accuracy and compliance with program mandates
Provide feedback and coaching to appraisers to enhance program compliance and development
Process customer orders, bills, and applications for service while managing multiple priorities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' automotive appraisal experience or relevant experience in an auto body shop
1-2 years' experience as an insurance re-inspector or desk reviewer preferred
Familiarity with CCC One / ADXE / Mitchell estimating platform
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Ability to self-manage workload effectively
