[job_card.job_description]Utilize the nursing process along with critical thinking and technical skills to provide safe and effective care to our patients. Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Exhibit professionalism and a commitment to patient care through active engagement. Serve as a resource and support for the patient care team, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork. Be accountable for delivering quality nursing services and fostering a positive image of nursing. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree). At least six months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State Compact License (Texas RN License required within 90 days of hire for Compact License holders). Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
