Our client is currently seeking Night Cleaners to support a public venue with high standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest experience in Seattle, WA. This role suits dependable self-starters who take pride in spotless spaces and can stay focused while working overnight among changing event schedules. You’ll help prepare the facility before events, keep common areas tidy while crowds move through the building, and return the site to a clean condition afterward. Success here means working efficiently, communicating clearly, and following established procedures that protect people and property.
The Day-to-Day :
- Remove trash, recyclables, and compost from designated areas and transport materials to proper disposal sites.
- Keep seating sections, concourses, ramps, stairways, loading docks, and service corridors free of debris and spills.
- Wipe down seats, pick up litter, clean up liquid messes, and reline containers as needed.
- Support pre-event cleaning assignments and adapt to in-event or post-event priorities.
- Follow sustainability and recycling guidelines with accuracy.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and deliver courteous assistance to guests.
- Stay aware of event details and facility layout to work efficiently.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to Team Leaders immediately.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as directed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED.Ability to follow instructions, manage time well, and complete tasks efficiently.Stamina to move up and down concrete stairs continuously for the duration of the shift.Capability to lift at least 50 lbs and to carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift.Comfort working in hot, cold, or damp environments.Reliable transportation.Pay Rate :
$20.76 per hourSchedule :
Nights; typical 10 : 00 PM start (days and hours vary)
