HR Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-savvy BI Analyst to support our Human Resources organization specifically focusing on Talent Acquisition Total Rewards Talent Management and Learning & Development. If you are passionate about data HR processes and driving complex people-related insights and automation we want to hear from you.

As a Data Analyst Human Resources you will leverage advanced analytics automation and HR modeling to support the various functions within the HR department. You will design and optimize processes to streamline reporting for talent acquisition compensation employee development and ensure data accuracy across all HR systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will deliver actionable insights through tools like SQL Google Sheets and Tableau to drive strategic HR decisions. Your role will include ongoing support troubleshooting data and maintaining developed processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & HR Analytics Foundation

• Perform large-scale data analysis to support HR business goals including extraction transformation and translating results into actionable insights.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards curated datasets and semantic layers for key HR metrics (e.g. attrition headcount hiring mobility performance engagement).
• Assess HR data sources (HRIS ATS performance tools) to improve data quality consistency and governance.
• Partner with HR leadership to define standard metrics definitions and reporting frameworks for clarity and trust in HR data.

Salary Range : $120000 to $135000 salary bonus  benefits.
