Automotive Sales Manager

Stivers Ford of Birmingham is looking for an automotive Sales Manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Automotive Sales Managers Manage a team of Automotive Sales Representatives
  • Automotive Sales Managers have the ability to handle a “start-to-finish” sales process on a significant load of high-quality leads
  • Automotive Sales Managers maintain superior customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and cultivate sales staff
  • Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and technology

Job Requirements Automotive Sales Manager candidate must have proven experience in sales management, have strong Internet skills, and a strong desire to succeed.

  • Previous experience as an automotive Sales Manager is required
  • Exceptional leadership skills are a must
  • Computer and Microsoft Office expertise is needed
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
