Job Title : Multi-Property Leasing Agent

Reports To : Regional Property Manager / Leasing Manager

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple properties while helping maximize occupancy and revenue. Key Responsibilities :

• Generate interest in available units by creatively showcasing community features and benefits.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents across multiple communities.
• Confidently present value propositions to prospects and close the lease.
• Manage the entire leasing process, including applications, screenings, and lease signings.
• Partner with property management team members to ensure great curb appeal and resident experience.
• Work with leadership team to develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies.
• Assist with advertising campaigns, online listings, and social media outreach to drive traffic.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, bringing forward fresh ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide coverage and consistent leasing service across assigned properties.

Compensation : $20-$30
