Key Responsibilities :
Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized consultations and following up to close sales
Maintain a calendar of appointments and manage a lead pipeline to contribute to company growth
Collaborate with team members on clienteling, custom design projects, and share customer trends for improving the customer experience
Required Qualifications :
E-commerce or retail sales experience with a proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment
Diamond expertise and jewelry experience strongly preferred; certification from a reputable institution is a plus
Must be independent, motivated, and well-organized
Availability to work on weekends is required
