- licensed real estate attorney
- to join our Fort Mill office. Our firm is known for delivering exceptional service in residential real estate transactions, building strong partnerships with real estate professionals, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.

- Key Responsibilities
- Residential Real Estate Closings :
- Manage and execute closings in compliance with SC and NC law, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and superior client service.
- Client & Realtor Relations :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and brokers; represent the firm with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Marketing & Business Development :
- Actively participate in outreach and marketing efforts to expand the firm’s client base and strengthen brand recognition in Fort Mill and surrounding communities.
- Leadership & Collaboration :
- Work closely with paralegals, staff, and leadership to ensure smooth operations, while mentoring and contributing to a positive, team oriented culture.
- Process Improvement :
- Identify and implement efficiencies to improve workflow, enhance service quality, and support overall firm growth.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with both the
- South Carolina Bar
- and
- North Carolina Bar
- (required).
- Prior experience in residential real estate transactions and closings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate lasting professional relationships.
- Business oriented mindset with a desire to drive growth and build a brand within the community.
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
