Inside Sales Specialist

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working cooperatively with the sales team and assigned customers to deliver exceptional sales and customer support with the goal of growing sales while increasing customer satisfaction for all Regal Rexnord products and services under Marathon Special Products Brand. Contribute to overall team success by identifying current customer trends, orders and inquiries that promote the ease of doing business.

Key Accountabilities :

• Achieves defined sales objectives for assigned accounts
• Engages in a team-based selling approach consisting of trust, respect, and open communication amongst field sales, customer service, and production teams
• Establishes and maintains partnerships with new and existing customers by effectively applying the highest level of product knowledge related to the appropriate customer application to maximize sales opportunities
• Delivers timely solutions to customers' issues by proposing product and service changes or creating procedures for resolution
• Works effectively in an intradepartmental environment to ensure transparency of information and cooperation among departments
• Achieves measurable customer satisfaction scores by proactively addressing customer issues

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Compensation Details : $55,000 - $65,000 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
