Job Summary :

Location : Tampa, FL

Schedule : Hybrid (1-day remote, great hours!)

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full financial reporting cycle for multiple projects and related entities
• Maintain general ledgers, including posting revenues, expenses, and handling accounts receivable / payable
• Review bank and brokerage reconciliations, resolving discrepancies independently
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for all managed entities
• Ensure accurate transfer and reconciliation of financial data across systems
• Organize and maintain records for all entities, including key documents
• Review and process payment applications and monthly invoicing
• Oversee monthly draw reconciliations and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Compile tax documents for third-party preparers
• Support financial reviews and the annual budgeting process
• Assist with information requests from auditors, tax preparers, and valuation professionals
