Boundless Life isn't a typical education or travel company. We design family experiences that blend education, experience, culture, and community across our international hubs. Our Summer Camp programs are a distinct but connected extension of our year-round programs. They help children and families reconnect to themselves, to each other, and to the world. We're building a movement of global citizens who play, learn, and grow together.

The Global Camp Director will lead this vision designing, scaling, and supporting the delivery of world-class Boundless Camp experiences across all sites. We currently operate camp at each of our eight current Boundless locations. This role is both strategic and hands-on : part creative architect, part systems builder, part team mentor.

You'll spend part of your year in the field, walking sites, co-designing programs, and training teams and the rest building the strategies and structures that help our camps thrive.
