Location : Austin, TX 73301 US (Primary)

Job Type : Full-time

Education : Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field OR ten (10) additional years of program management experience may be substituted for the education requirement

Experience : Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant program management experience with a qualifying degree OR fourteen (14) years of relevant experience with military or DoD training

Certification : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Security Clearance : Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and authorized representative for all program matters
• Provide overall leadership and management of contract performance
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, policies, and government regulations
• Manage personnel staffing, performance, and professional development
• Oversee program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop, maintain, and execute the Quality Control Program (QCP)
• Ensure all work products are properly documented, transitioned, and archived
• Prepare and deliver accurate programmatic reports and briefings to government stakeholders
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate closely with government customers to ensure mission objectives are met
