Communication & Training

Lead the Development and Communicate Training on All Product Lines and New Products

Assist in Product Line Reviews with Customer Marketing

Assist Customer Marketing to Develop New Product Launch Packages

Assist Development of Sales Tools Including Training Manuals, Catalogs, Price Lists and Brochures

Qualifications

Education

Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field

Knowledge & Experience

Required :

4+ Years of Prior Experience in Marketing, Sales, Channel Management, Business and / or Product Development

Business Experience with Progressively More Responsibility and a Track Record of Results

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Excellent Written and Verbal Skills

Experience Delivering Presentations in a Large Setting

Experience in Leading Projects through Project Management Tools

Operates under Moderate Supervision

Solid Understanding of the General Marketing Mix, Including Product, Place, Pricing, Promotion and Placement

Strong Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills

Proven Record of Success Working in a Fast-Paced Environment

Preferred :

Experience Marketing Consumer Goods That Are Sold through Home Centers or Mass Market Retailers

Experience in the Coatings Industry

Experience in a Consumer Products Industry

Experience in Working Directly with End-Users to Uncover Customer Needs

Experience Managing Budgets, Budgeting Process and Working with Budgeting Systems like Coupa

Past Product Management Experience
