Key Responsibilities

Assist in account setup and access management for school users, ensuring accurate configurations
Monitor operational readiness for virtual health visits and respond to support requests efficiently
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in customer support, school operations, or technical troubleshooting
Experience in education, healthcare, or K-12 school systems is preferred
Familiarity with helpdesk environments, preferably using Zendesk
Proficiency with iPads, iOS tools, and education technology platforms
