Arcosa Wind Towers is searching for a Lead Mobile Equipment Operator at our Belen, NM plant. Our mobile equipment operators work for a company that puts employees first and offers great benefits. As a Lead Mobile Equipment Operator at Arcosa, you'll operate mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles / switch engine, and / or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between workstations and / or receiving and storage locations.

Under the direction of the supervisor, the lead mobile equipment operator provides training, guidance and direction to assigned employees in an efficient, clean, safe and cost-effective manner in order to achieve the goals and key performance metrics in line with the organization's objectives. As a Mobile Equipment Operator, you will operate mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles / switch engine, and / or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between workstations and / or receiving and storage locations.
