Versatile Role : Waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance. Kitchen Collaboration : Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. Detailed Excellence : Complete all shift duties, including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement. Menu Mastery : Know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions. Careful Documentation : Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures. Community Engagement : Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs. Safety First : Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements. Adherence to Excellence : Follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with our mission.
