We are currently seeking a Data / Database Administrator for our client in the Professional Services domain. Role Description : The Data / Database Administrator must have 6+ years of experience. We are seeking a Workforce Analytics and AI Manager to support the client’s Corporate Services and Gen AI offerings. This position will be part of the Advisory Digital team and will focus on delivering innovative solutions, research, and insights for key clients through data, analytics, and AI.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate strategically with senior leadership within the firm to translate business needs into data, analytics, and AI requirements.
• Lead a small, high-performing team (both on-shore and off-shore) to ensure quality and timely delivery of various use cases.
• Develop and refine data models and analyses to generate benchmarks, actionable insights, and recommendations, leveraging third-party data to support go-to-market efforts and delivery model transformation.
• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research, translating findings into strategic insights, reports, and thought leadership content.
• Foster and maintain relationships with executive leadership to ensure critical strategic staffing, budgeting, data, and analytic needs are appropriately addressed.
• Support the maturation of the program by identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to strategic internal / structuring improvement projects.
