A team player attitude who values their colleagues and our customers The training is in person for 2-3 weeks in our Twinsburg, Ohio office. Afternoon Hours - Monday-Thursday 1 : 00p-9 : 30p, Friday 11 : 30a-8 : 00p and Weekend rotation
Morning Hours - Monday-Friday 8 : 30a-5 : 00p and Weekend rotation

Responsibilities
What you will be doing :
- Speaking with customers about scheduling free design consultations with one of our designers
- Guiding customers to understand the value of having a design consultant come to their home.
- You will be our brand ambassadors as the customers' first point of contact.
- Assisting with showing the value of our brand and helping teach the customer about our company and overcoming objections and problem solving.
