Childcare Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate childcare staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and be committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
• Educate children in literacy, math, physical education, and other subjects
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the best possible educational experience for students
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development

Qualification

Any degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Previous experience working with birth to five aged children

Strong understanding of child development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to plan and organize activities effectively

Pay : $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
