They are seeking a technically strong Application Engineer who can leverage real-world CNC experience to support distributors and end users while driving machining and tooling performance across the territory.

In this role, you will work closely with distributors and key customers, provide on-site application support, troubleshoot machining challenges, recommend cutting tool solutions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. You will play a critical part in improving productivity, strengthening relationships, and delivering high-level technical service.

This role is ideal for a CNC Programmer or Machinist ready to step into an Application Engineer position, offering the chance to transition away from full-time programming while remaining deeply involved in CNC machining and tooling.

The Role :

Provide application support for CNC machining and cutting tool solutions

Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, tool life, and part quality

Support distributors and key customers with on-site technical troubleshooting

Train customer and distributor teams on tooling applications and best practices

The Candidate :

Background as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist, or Manufacturing Engineer

Strong knowledge of CNC machining and cutting tool applications

Ability to manage a territory and work independently in the field

Comfortable delivering hands-on technical training and process support
