[job_card.job_description]MUST have an ACTIVE New Jersey HHA Certification MUST be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID-19 Two (2) forms of ID : Driver's License, Social Security card, etc. Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or Chest X-ray MUST be able to pass a criminal background check For Driver’s : Valid driver's license, your own reliable automobile, proof of registration & auto insurance Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player 1+ year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not required

Responsibilities :
- Build meaningful relationships with your client
- Provide companionship in a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone
- Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal preparation , light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes
- Ensure safety and supervision of your client
- For Driver’s be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and errands
