A company is looking for a Teletriage Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary-care telemedicine services following site-specific protocols
Conduct on-call tele triage and ensure proper patient consent and equipment availability
Maintain communication with facility staff and document all patient interactions and treatment plans
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing or as a Physician Assistant in KY and IN
Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine is desired
All necessary certifications must be current and valid
Additional state licenses may be required as requested
