Skilled Flooring & Tile Installers – Jack Laurie Group

Jack Laurie Group is seeking Skilled Flooring and Tile Installers of all experience levels. We are open to anyone with a flooring background, including epoxy, hardwood, carpet, vinyl, LVT / LVP, sheet vinyl, commercial flooring, residential flooring, and tile installation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, prep, and finish a variety of flooring and tile products
  • Work with materials including sheet vinyl, epoxy, hardwood, carpet, vinyl / LVT / LVP, and tile
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
  • Apply adhesives, grout, coatings, and finishes
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Troubleshoot installation issues
  • Work professionally with team members

    • Requirements

  • Experience in any flooring specialty (commercial or residential)
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to use flooring and tile installation tools
  • Understanding of jobsite safety practices
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts on your feet
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
