We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server or Bartender to join our team. As a Malibu Farm staff member you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties :

  • Greet and serve guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
  • Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Bartender :

  • Ability to create classic cocktails
  • Fexibility to wait on table outside the bar

    • Experience :

  • Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic math for handling payments
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations
  • Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
  • Experience in bussing or culinary roles is an asset
