Overview Purpose Statement / Position Summary : The Education & Training Specialist, Per Diem will support with design and delivery of trainings and coaching related to design thinking, adolescent health equity, youth-adult partnerships, and adultism. Responsibilities will include co-facilitation of virtual and in-person trainings, follow-up coaching for training participants related to training topics, and the development of training presentations, tools, materials, and resources in collaboration with project team. Design thinking education and experience strongly preferred. Experience working with youth and within positive youth development programming preferred. Minimum Qualifications / Work Experience : 1+ years of Training experience is required. Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Education / Licensure / Certification : Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s Degree preferred. Pay Scale Information $46.70-$46.70 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
