Food Truck Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food Truck Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food truck. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. You will manage the team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand.

• Key Responsibilities :
• MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE AND DRIVE OUR FOOD TRUCK TO AND FROM DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS
• Operational Management :
• Oversee daily food truck operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Team Leadership :
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
• Inventory Control :
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed.
• Customer Service :
• Engage with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Financial Management :
• Monitor sales, manage cash flow, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Marketing & Promotions :
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote special events or menu items.
• Compliance :
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Event Coordination :
• Coordinate logistics for events, festivals, and catering opportunities.
• Qualifications :
• Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a food truck or mobile food environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
