EUC Lead

Infosys is seeking an experienced EUC Lead to manage and optimize Operating System Imaging and deployment for a large Microsoft Endpoint Management infrastructure with 55K endpoints. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OS imaging and deployment and good understanding of SCCM and Intune. This role involves leading a team ensuring seamless endpoint management and integrating Intune with SCCM for co-management.

Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Memphis TN / Detroit MI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider threeyears of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in OS imaging and SCCM / Intune.
• Create and manage OS images using MDT and SCCM.
• Develop and customize task sequences for OS deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to OS imaging and deployment.
• Manage user devices in SCCM / Intune environments.
• Implement Windows Autopilot for modern device management.
• Monitor system performance and health.
• Generate reports on deployment success and system health.
• Analyze data to recommend infrastructure enhancements Establish and maintain detailed documentation ofSCCM configurations and processes.
• Provide support for complex end-user computing solutions.
• Develop and deploy scripts for automation and configuration tasks.
