[job_card.job_description]Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements. Review billing data for completeness and accuracy before submitting. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments to keep cash flow on track. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Collaborate with customers, operations, and finance to ensure billing alignment and smooth workflow. Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple billing tasks and deadlines accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support both internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and general computer systems. Understanding of basic accounting principles and billing processes. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, payroll, or accounts receivable preferred. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Overview
