A company is looking for a Lead Fleet Client Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair technician custody
Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in all systems
Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and encourage advance scheduling of repairs
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED with 7 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience with fleet maintenance is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
