Physical Security Manager

A company is looking for a Physical Security Manager responsible for overseeing the Protection Services Department and ensuring the safety and security of assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee program management and operational efficiency of the Protection Services Department, including policy development and budget management

Manage daily activities of direct reports and vendor risk management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation

Coordinate and implement physical security initiatives and respond to critical incidents, ensuring compliance and effective incident reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice or a related field

5 or more years of experience in physical security within financial services / banking, including supervisory experience

Preferred certifications : Physical Security Professional or Certified Protection Professional
