We are seeking an experienced General Liability Attorney to join our Chattanooga office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking to handle a diverse caseload in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage all phases of litigation, from investigation and discovery through trial and appeal. Matters will include a wide range of general defense work, such as insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, construction, and business litigation.
