Job Title : Field Service Technician

Location : Bolingbrook, IL (Chicagoland & parts of Indiana)

Compensation : Up to $40 / hr + Company Vehicle

This role includes a company car for travel throughout the Chicagoland area and parts of Indiana.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver on-site technical support, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance for customer equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and service air compressors, air dryers, and related components to confirm proper operation.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, including service orders, work orders, contracts, and internal forms.
• Explain system functions, features, capabilities, and benefits in a clear and helpful manner to customers.
• Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and recommend appropriate corrective or preventive actions.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct while providing consistently excellent customer service.
• Build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Comply with all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as required to support service operations.
