We are seeking a Software Developer (.NET & Splunk) to join our team. This role will involve developing and modernizing enterprise applications, integrating Splunk solutions, and supporting critical system updates. The ideal candidate will have experience in .NET development, Splunk technologies, API development, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Developer (.NET & Splunk) to support modernization and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications. The Software Developer (.NET & Splunk) will be responsible for rewriting legacy systems, enhancing application functionality, and implementing critical security updates.

The Software Developer (.NET & Splunk) will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable solutions using .NET technologies and Splunk. This includes developing dashboards, APIs, and logging solutions while ensuring system performance and security.

The Software Developer (.NET & Splunk) will also play a key role in training team members on Splunk technologies and supporting integration efforts across modernized systems.

This Software Developer (.NET & Splunk) role requires strong expertise in full-stack development, Splunk implementation, and enterprise application architecture within an Agile environment.

The Software Developer (.NET & Splunk) will follow a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Splunk applications, dashboards, APIs, and logging solutions (5+ years experience required)

• Design, build, and support ASP.NET MVC applications using C# (7+ years experience required)

• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery (7+ years experience required)

• Implement and execute unit and integration testing using tools like NUnit or JUnit (5+ years experience required)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions (6+ years experience required)

• Build, deploy, and test applications using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as GitLab or GitHub (5+ years experience required)

• Develop and integrate REST/SOAP web services and Web APIs (5+ years experience required)

• Provide training and mentorship on Splunk technologies and best practices (5+ years experience required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Splunk development, including APIs, dashboards, and administration (5+ years experience)

• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC with C# and .NET framework (7+ years experience)

• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and Entity Framework (5+ years experience)

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (7+ years experience)

• Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments (5+ years experience)

• Experience with XML, XSLT, and Windows Services development (.NET 4.0+) (4+ years experience)

• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts (3+ years experience)

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts (5+ years experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with law enforcement or criminal justice systems

• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications

• Experience implementing secure and scalable enterprise solutions
