Your day as a Banquet Server

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting up event spaces according to specific requirements, serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and respectful manner, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event. You will work closely with the culinary and event planning teams to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills are key to success in this role.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Banquet Server, you should ideally have previous guest service experience, although training will be provided to the right candidate. You must possess a caring and compassionate attitude towards guests, colleagues, and the work you do. Respect towards guests and team members is essential in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at events. Additionally, the ability to maintain the physical demands of the position, such as standing for extended periods, lifting trays, and moving equipment, is crucial.
