Part-time Payroll Admin Clerk

We are looking to hire a Part-time  Payroll Admin Assistant for an area company. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate. This will be a part-time (about 20 hours per week) position Monday-Friday and pay will be $18-$20 per hour DOE.

As our Part-time Payroll Admin Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Payroll
• Daily invoicing
• Account Receivables
• Account Payables​
• Collections
• Setting up ISTC training
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Scanning and replying to emails
• 941- weekly
• Filing
• Facilitating office workflow functions
• Other duties as assigned
