Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls and troubleshoot technical issues
Monitor and manage incident and service requests in the ticketing system
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with relevant teams and document all processes
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
High School diploma or GED
Training or certification in Cisco, Cambien, Calix, or Juniper
Knowledge of network technologies and components
Understanding of data and signal flow through a network
