Senior Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of assigned multifamily and commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through final turnover.
• Work in close partnership with superintendents and field teams to ensure seamless coordination between office and site operations.
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost projections.
• Support superintendents in delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient field execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met.
• Lead project coordination efforts with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement activities, subcontract agreements, and the change order process.
• Track project performance and prepare timely status updates and reports for company leadership.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, conflicts, and challenges proactively.
• Mentor project engineers and junior project managers, contributing to their professional growth.
• Direct project closeout activities, including punch lists, documentation, and warranty requirements.
