Description :

The Senior Manager of Implementation is responsible for leading and managing the successful onboarding and implementation of new client programs and internal process programs at QuickBox. This role ensures that each implementation is executed efficiently, accurately, and on time, setting the foundation for long-term client satisfaction and operational success.

The Senior Manager will lead the implementation team, coordinate cross-functional activities across Operations, IT, Client Success, and Finance, and serve as the primary point of contact for new client launches.

Requirements :

Essential Duties & Job Functions :

  • Lead, plan, and oversee all aspects of client onboarding and implementation of projects from initiation through successful handoff to operations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless client launches.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Client Success, and other internal teams to align resources and ensure readiness.
  • Maintain accountability for launch quality, ensuring all client requirements are met accurately and within scope.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Managers and Specialists, providing leadership, training, and guidance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and standardize best practices to enhance the client’s onboarding experience.
  • Serve as an escalation point for implementation-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to implementation timelines, quality, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with business development and client success leaders to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation to steady-state operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and post-launch reviews.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the business.

Job Qualifications Mandatory :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or project management, or related operational experience, preferably within logistics, fulfillment, or eCommerce environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, system integrations, and client setup requirements.
  • PMP certification or similar project management training is a plus.

    • Work Environment :

  • Remote – work from home and travel up to 50% of the time .
  • Periodically, weekends may be needed to support larger start-ups.
