Front Office Specialist

Are you an experienced front office professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a Front Office Specialist to join our team in North Fresno!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Handle scheduling and coordinate appointments
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
  • Verify insurance information and process claims
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Utilize medical terminology in daily interactions

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of front office medical experience required
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in scheduling and insurance verification

    • Compensation : $18 - $22 / hour DOE
