Are you that rare breed of strategic, analytical financial executive seen by your peers as dynamic, high-energy and thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment?

Must Haves :

  • 10+ years CFO roles for $100M+ construction , facility services or related industry.
  • BS / BA in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • MBA, CPA or JD considered plus for this role

Your Rewards :

Leadership team position, reports to company ownership, interface for banking partners and counsel for strategic financial reporting and decision-making.

  • Salary $175 - 250K+ base , bonus and stock participation.
  • Comprehensive benefits (health coverage, PTO, 401K, etc.).

    • Lead financial strategy from San Antonio HQ in-office for this multi-location $100M business , and play pivotal strategic role in equipment, facility, land and business expansion across Texas markets.

    What You'll Do :

  • Manage all financial functions; planning and analysis, cash management, tax and regulatory compliance and forecasting, budgeting, credit, AR / AP.
  • Lead and mentor Human Resources - payroll, benefit plans and personnel issues; provide secure and accurate information systems for business operations . .

    • Drive financial innovation and play a significant role of 40-year privately owned construction and business services company with locations across Southeast Texas.
