Enhance the operating cadence of the account management team to ensure Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) of 90%+
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maximizing value from the company's solutions
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in account management leadership
Experience managing high-performing account management teams
Passion for energy markets, analytics, or software solutions; energy industry experience is a plus
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients
