Administrative Assistant

Job Full Description

Looking for an Administrative Assistant for a local construction company. Monday through Friday 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

Construction billing, project administration, and payroll.

Duties :

Filing and answering calls

Keeping inventory of company tools and materials

Following up with customers and vendors

Qualifications :

Work experience as an administrative assistant or in the construction industry.

Accounting background (Degree preferred)

Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability

Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
