About the role and what you’ll be doing :

A Senior Data Center Operations Analyst is responsible for system monitoring, production batch monitoring, workload throughput as well as batch and system task abend recovery for internal and external client MVS / ZOS / VM / VSE environments.

• Primary Tools : TWS OPC, BMC Ops AMI, zCAM, Mainview, Control-D, Mainframe Console & HMC (Must)
• Ticketing Tools : Service Now / ATLAS
• Work from Client location at Raleigh (NC)

Schedule information : 12 hour “quad” (3 on 3 off / 4 on 4 off) shifts (Nights and / or Days).

16 week rotation from front half to back half of week.

Weekends (Saturday and / or Sunday) and Holidays required as per Shift Schedule.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $ – $ hourly based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
