Monitor residents' conditions and communicate updates to the nursing team. Document vital signs and assist residents with daily activities including grooming, feeding, and toileting. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents. Assist residents with mobility and transportation within the facility. Engage with residents to promote comfort and develop trusting relationships. Adhere to individualized care plans and follow all relevant policies and regulations. Facilitate communication between residents, families, and the care staff. Qualifications : Valid Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification in Maryland.
