We are Seeking an highly creative and detail-oriented Transition Manager to support initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of AI tools across the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in content creation , visual design , and internal communications , delivering polished, on-brand materials that enhance engagement and support AI learning and transition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling content including one-pagers, e-learning modules, videos, and web pages .
• Create and edit graphics and videos aligned with brand standards.
• Build, update, and maintain internal web pages to ensure clarity and usability.
• Draft concise and engaging email and Slack communications to promote AI transition initiatives.
• Support internal engagement campaigns to increase AI awareness and adoption.
