The Reporting and Analytics Architect serves as a subject matter expert across multiple HRIS and analytics platforms leading large-scale reporting and analytics projects aligning data solutions with HR and business strategy and acting as the escalation point for complex analytics and reporting issues. This role drives the enterprises analytics vision ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

Reporting & Analytics Expertise

• Expert knowledge of HRIS reporting tools (Workday Tableau Power BI Snowflake etc.) and advanced analytics methodologies.
• Designs and oversees complex reporting frameworks dashboards and data models across HR domains (HCM Recruiting Benefits Compensation Payroll Talent).
• Leads the development of dashboards scorecards and data visualizations for executive leadership and business partners.
• Proficient in advanced analytics predictive modeling and data storytelling for strategic workforce insights.
• Assesses release updates and new features recommends adoption strategies and leads regression testing for reporting and analytics modules.
• Ensures data integrity security and compliance in all analytics solutions.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors including a candidates skills qualifications and experience location and salary expectations and therefore a starting salary at the low end high end or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation commission (if in a sales function) and / or equity grants. Additionally full-time employees are eligible to participate in ourcomprehensive benefits framework including health and wellness benefits vacation paid holidays and refresh days 401(k) retirement plan life and disability insurance coverages and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$142160.00-$177700.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
