Business Development Representative - Baton Rouge, LA
$40,000-$60,000 depending on experience + Uncapped Commission

Poolemerica Enterprises, a division of Express Employment Professionals in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

We welcome candidates without direct sales experience who have relevant skills and a passion for building relationships.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)
  • Base salary + uncapped commission (earn $60,000-$100,000+ with strong performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person sales visits to prospective and existing clients
  • Cold call and prospect via phone and in the field
  • Manage warm leads from an existing database of clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand client needs and present tailored staffing solutions
  • Provide on-site client support and updates as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of recent, related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to handle rejection
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (willingness to travel locally)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
